Promises When You are Afraid
"Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait I say, on the Lord." (Psalm 27:14).
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord." (Psalm 31:24).
"Fear not little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." (Luke 12:32).
"But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil." (Proverbs 1:33).
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7).
